Exciting opportunity to make your mark following in the footsteps of well known Executive Chefs Nathan Mileski and John DaLoia, former executive chefs at one of the best and most unique restaurants in Michigan, located in the beautiful setting of Drummond Island. This Chef must possess the talent, creativity, as well as management skills to uphold and enhance the reputation of this outstanding fine dining restaurant. Position also includes responsibility for casual dining restaurant and other food a beverage activities of this full service resort. Salary range $35 to $50,000, depending on experience.
Qualifications include: -- Culinary Degree, Minimum A.O.S. with 2 years fine dining/management experience -- Culinary staff recruiting and training experience -- Current Sanitation Certification -- TIPS or TAM current certification -- Micros POS Training or other POS system experience

Cooks - at least 6 months experience in gourmet fine dining. Must understand classic culinary techniques and languages.
Service Staff - 6 months experience in fine dining at either server or busser position. Must understand wines and beers.
Bartenders - 6 months experience in fine dining. Should be knowledgable in complex mixology. Tips trained preferred.
Banquet Coordinator - Must have at least 3 yrs in banquet management/supervison. Tips trained preferred.
Banquet Service Staff - Must have at least 6 months experience.
